Yoga InstructionPaul’s approach to hatha yoga allows you to experience it’s spiritual essence while helping the body relax, feel greater energy, increase strength/flexibility, and reduce stress. Utilizing both the inner and outer physical dimension of our being, postures are combined with breathing and mental focus as a vehicle to open the window to the subtle body. In turn, one experiences an uplifted awareness and joy in body, mind, and soul.

Individualized AttentionPaul offers a number of different levels of physical and mental challenge (from physically vigorous to gentle) depending on the individual’s needs. He has experience teaching a wide age range from young adults to seniors. Tuning in to each person with caring, Paul emphasizes inner exploration, physical exhilaration/relaxation, combined with safe body alignment.
