It is hard to overstate the value this meditation group has in my life and I hope that anyone considering visiting will follow that desire and see if they can also benefit. The practices have immediate benefits in daily life. — Sue B.

I’ve been going to these Wed gatherings for over a year now, and it’s a good place to unwind, ask questions and practice the technique of meditation. The environment and energy is excellent not only for beginners but really people of all levels will benefit from the group meditation. I always look forward to it and feel recharged mentally and physically afterwords. — Kelsey Johnson

Meditation with this group has helped me greatly with my depression and anger management. I feel calmer throughout the day and worry less about life. — Martin Nemeth
